Dutchess Community College defeated top-seed Nassau Community College 68-61 to win the 2022-2023 Region 15 DIII Men’s Basketball Championship last Sunday.
Tournament MVP Jeremiah Williams led the Falcons with 19 points. Teammate Victor Potter Jr. was named to the All-Tournament team.
Dutchess will head to Herkimer Community College to participate in the 2023 NJCAA Division III Men’s Basketball Championship from March 15-18. This the Falcons’ first participation in the tournament and are seeded 12th.
