Rockland, the second seed, jumped out to a 39-28 halftime lead and held on for a 71-65 victory over third seeded Sullivan on Saturday afternoon. RCC (25-6) will now take on bridge-rival Westchester in Sunday&#8217;s Region XV Championship Game. Westchester defeated Suffolk, 89-50 in the other semi-final.
