Sydney Hendershot of the Orange County Community College volleyball team has been named the Mid-Hudson Conference Athlete of the Week for the week of October 2-9. This is her second Athlete Of the Week honors.
Hendershot helped lead the Colts to a 3-1 record for the week. Sydney, over 16 sets had 91 Kills. 43 Assists, 19 digs 5 solo blocks and 4 block assists. Hendershot also had 14 serving aces. She is currently second in the nation in kills/set and points/set.
Out of Port Jervis High School, Hendershot is a sophomore for the Colts.
