Rockland split their doubleheader match against Bronx last night.
The Lady Hawks won their third straight game, defeating the Lady Bombers of Bronx Community College 78-35. Pearl River native Melissa Loughnane led Rockland with 14 points. Christine Brezovsky (Nanuet, NY) and Stephanie Burke (Central Valley, NY) had 13, Nikki Saponaro (Nanuet, NY) had 12 and Samantha Gabriel (Spring Valley, NY) had 10 points and 10 rebounds.
It was the other way around in the men’s tilt as Bronx defeated Rockland 99-78.
