Selected to the honorable mention are Dennis Kcira (Rockland), Diego Ramocan (Rockland), Dylan Gaucher (Orange), Gustavo Cifuentes (Ulster), Jason Lueck (Dutchess) and Paul Cutajar (Dutchess).
