For the second time Nassau Community College narrowly dashed elimination in the Region15 Men’s Soccer Championships. The Lions earned a hard-fought, semi-final victory Wednesday afternoon. This time host Nassau CC edged upstart Borough of Manhattan Community College, 2-1, in the semi-final round of the Tournament.
Nassau CC will host third seeded Ulster Community College in the campionship game on Saturday October 29, who survived a scare in Stone Ridge, blanking Bronx Community College 1-0 in the other semi-final.
Kickoff for the title match is set for 1pm at Mitchell Field in Uniondale.
