SUNY Ulster Men’s Basketball earned their first win of the season by knocking off previously unbeaten SUNY Rockland 89-87 on Thursday night. The win marks first year coach, Justin Maxwell‘s first career win as a head coach.
Ulster had three players with over 20 points, lead by Myles Santiago who recorded 22 points and 5 rebounds. Paddy Parr and Xavier Maxwell both scored 21 points in the win.
With the win, Ulster is now 1-4 in Region XV and 1-5 Overall. The Senators travel to Nassau on Saturday to take on the Lions at 1pm.
