Dan Keeley, Rockland Community College’s Athletic Director, will be inducted, along with four other individuals, to the Rockland County Sports Hall of Fame on April 30, 2011.
Keeley, a product of North Rockland Class of 1972, coached the Hawks baseball team to eight Mid Hudson Conference title as well as seven Region XV titles compiling a 289-182 record. In 1993, he guided the Hawks Baseball Team to its best season winning the Mid Hudson Conference Crown, The Region XV Crown, New York State Crown and the Northeast District Playoffs advancing the team to the NJCAA JUCO World Series at Grand Junction, Colorado.
