Nanuet High graduate Nikki Saponaro led an otherwise balanced scoring effort in host Rockland’s 59-27 victory over Borough of Manhattan CC Wednesday night. The Lady Hawks closed out the 2011 portion of their schedule with seven straight wins and an 8-4 overall record. Teammates Katie Sovak and Christine Brezovsky scored nine points each for RCC.
The Lady Hawks return to action on Tuesday January 3, 2012 when they host Hostos CC in a Region XV contest.
