The Rockland Community College Men’s Basketball team put a stop to their seven game losing streak with a thrilling 65-64 victory against Borough of Manhattan CC late Wednesday night. Ramapo High graduate Taj Bridgers netted 21 points and grabbed nine rebounds for the the Hawks (3-13). Staten Island native Jacin Vera tossed in 17 points in the victory.
Rockland’s next game will be on January 3, 2012 against Hostos Community College. Tip-off is set for 8pm at the RCC Fieldhouse.
