LIU Brooklyn John Ziznewski was named the North East Conference Player of the Week last week. The senior shortstop had a .611 batting average last week with two doubles, two home runs and 11 RBIs. Ziznewski also had six runs, two stolen bases and a .650 OBP.
Ziznewski was a two-year baseball athlete for Rockland Community College Fighting Hawks
