Kareem Welch of the Sullivan County Community College Men’s Basketball team has been named the Mid-Hudson Conference Athlete of the Week.
Welch helped lead the Generals to a 2-1 record, last week. They recorded wins over Lackawana and Erie.
Welch, a 6-0 guard out of Brooklyn, NY, averaged 25 points, 5 assists and six rebound per game.
