Shannon Thomas of the Rockland Community College volleyball team has been named the Mid-Hudson Conference Athlete of the Week for the week of October 10-16.
Thomas helped lead the Hawks last week with 62 kills, 40 digs and 9 solo blocks over 12 sets. The Hawks continued in 3rd place and qualifying position for the Conference Tournament on Tuesday October 23rd at Orange.
Thomas is a graduate of North Rockland High School and lives in Garnerville, NY.
