Top-seed Dutchess defeated second-seed Ulster 24-26, 25-15, 25-23, 25-13, to win the 2022 Mid-Hudson Conference Women’s Volleyball Championship. The tournament was held at Dutchess last Tuesday night, October 18, 2022.

Leah Vitiello led the Lady Falcons with 17 kills and 16 digs.

Anthony Murcia scored in the 41st minute as Ulster defeated Westchester for the 2022 Mid-Hudson Conference Men’s Soccer Crown last night at Rondout Valley HS.

Ulster finished the season with a 9-2-1 overall record

Second-seed Orange defeated top-seed Rockland in four sets to win the 2019 Mid-Hudson Conference Crown last Tuesday at Torne Valley Sports Complex in Hillburn NY. Orange won the first two sets 25-20 and 25-17 before allowing Rockland to win the third 23-25. Orange then took the fourth 25-16 for the conference crown.

SUNY Orange defeated third seed Ulster in four sets while top-seed Rockland sweep defending champ Westchester in the semifinal round.

Westchester broke a 1-1 deadlocked late in the second half enroute to a 4-1 victory over Ulster during the Mid-Hudson Conference Championship yesterday afternoon. The win marked the fifth straight the Vikings has won the conference crown.

Westchester’s Tuane Tapper open the scoring early at the 1:18 marked before Ulster’s Kevin Nunez strike to tie the match at 23:35.

Westchester Community College has been declared the 2015-2016 Mid-Hudson Conference All Sports Award Champions.
