Westchester Community College Freshman Malik Moore scored 23 points and pulled down five rebounds in a 70-61 upset of First Place Sullivan CC. Moore is the Mid-Hudson Conference Athlete of the Week.

Moore made two layups and two free throw, down the stretch to cinch the win

The six foot guard is from Tuckahoe, NY and is a graduate of Tuckahoe High School

Saturday, December 7 (West Windsor, NJ) – One year ago, at this very event, a late rally allowed the Suffolk Community College Men’s Basketball team to sneak past Westchester Community College, ending a 31-game streak of contests during which the Vikings were not outscored by an opponent, sending Westchester to a course marked by inconsistent play for the remainder of the season.
