Dutchess, Rockland, Sullivan and Westchester will compete in the 2013 NJCAA Region XV Division III Women’s Basketball Tournament scheduled to begin tonight with the Quarterfinal Round.
Top-seed Sullivan will host eighth-seed Bronx at Loch Sheldrake while seventh-seed Dutchess will travel to Selden, NY to face second-seed Suffolk.
